Refund policy

We put a lot of care into every Studio Blank bundle, and we really hope you love what arrives. Here's our policy, explained simply.

We're not able to offer returns or refunds for a change of mind, since every bundle is packed by hand in small batches. That said, if your order arrives in genuinely bad condition (damaged) or is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we'll make it right.

To request a refund or replacement, contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the item. We'll get back to you as soon as we can and take care of it from there.
